How It Works

We build the setup around the property, get it connected, and make it easy to check in when you need to.

The details change from site to site, but the goal stays the same: give you a dependable way to keep up with what matters without adding more hassle.

Most projects follow the same three-step path.

1

We look at the property and equipment

First we figure out what you need to watch, what is already in place, and what kind of alerting or control would actually help.

2

We install and connect it

That can include sensors, cameras, panel work, controls, VFD-related work, and the connectivity needed to keep everything online.

3

You can check in without guessing

Once the job is live, you can use your phone, tablet, computer, or the app to view status and get alarms when something needs attention.

The connection depends on the site.

Farm setups

Farm systems usually need connectivity where the equipment sits, not where the office is.

  • 5G works well in many locations
  • Starlink is a good fit where cellular coverage is weak
  • Useful for pivots, pumps, wells, tanks, and field equipment that is spread out

Home & cabin setups

Homes and cabins can often use the internet that is already there.

  • Use existing internet when it makes sense
  • Add a connectivity package if the property needs one
  • Good for wells, leak sensors, cameras, temperature alerts, and power-related monitoring

Easy to access, built to stay private.

  • Your data is hosted in a private cloud.
  • Your data is not shared or sold.
  • You can check status, data, and alarms from any device with internet access.
  • The app gives you a quick way to view what is going on and see alarms without logging into a full desktop screen.
